Contract Position:   Heiress to the Formula One family and previous owner to “The Manor”, a 57,000 sq. ft. estate, the largest house in the L.A. county. Direct the final move and accommodation to their new 13,000 sq. ft. estate in Bel Air.  Provide leadership while identifying problem areas in the new work environment that can be better managed to improve the estate’s service standards. 

• Upgrade various service standards for both Los Angeles and London properties.

• Conduct a comparative analysis of time management and wages by position for future Estate Manager candidate. 

• Provide final consultation results upon completion of project.

Served as the Estate and Properties Manager to an architect with multiple homes while overseeing various construction and remodeling projects.  Selected to implement the couple’s evolving lifestyle standards. 

• Manage 3 properties and staff (Bel Air, Montecito, and Palm Springs).

• Directed renovation of pool/spa with a 3-story elevator addition.

• Managed the restoration of 10,000 sq. ft. vacation home with landscape redesign in Montecito. 

• Directed the renovation of a historical 11,000 sq. ft. estate located in Bel Air.

• Stage and show Bel Air estate for sale and feature in Architectural Digest.

• Plan and coordinate elaborate charity dinners for LACMA board and donors seating over 100 guests.

• Created new onboarding program that allowed new employees to successfully learn and adapt to their new work environment.

Director of Residences/Consultant EMC           |  PCS Energy                                                           Feb 2016 to October 2016

PCS Energy owned various commercial and residential buildings across Southern California. The owner’s new estates in Beverly Hills and Cabo required management and the implementation of new staff, policies. procedures and administrative systems. Completion of the Cabo Estate plans in converting the property into a “boutique hotel” style rental destination.

• Hire, supervise, and manage all staff, vendors, contractors, and service providers.

• Monthly yacht and personal jet care and maintenance review.

• Directed the transfer of the estate to function as a rental boutique hotel providing chefs, butlers, private jet and yacht services.

• Improve operational and logistic standards by qualifying and scheduling vendors to facilitate various exclusive hotel products.

Directed staff and service standards across three large residences that included the largest thoroughbred farm in California.           E.A. Ranch, a 1,000-acre breading farm with 250 horses and 20,000 sq. ft. barns with a vast collection of vintage cars and carriages. 

• Recruit, train and suggest changes to principles.

• Daily walkthrough assessing all exterior and interior conditions of the properties.

• Produce and review staff work schedules, projects and recurring tasks.

• Visual and physical examination of all house inventories, assets, valuables and other.

• Plan, coordinate and oversee social and charitable events and large dinner events.

Project Manager/EMC Project Manager        |  Sharon and Ozzy Osbourn                                           Aug 2014 to Jan 2015 

Directed and implemented a new asset management system to better account and catalog their vast collections of memorabilia, art, wardrobe, jewelry and other valuables  for 4 warehouses (25,000 sq. ft.).  Collaborate with Pall Mall Fine Antiques to appraise all valuables and upload over 3,000 valuables to a database app.

Owners of various restaurants and franchises. Managed their day-to-day properties operations and ongoing projects.  Provided administrative support and leadership.  Managed various restaurant construction builds, while assuring all permits and obligations were being met.
