Good morning, I am an honest, loyal, organized, Team worker, Multi Tasker, People Person,. I type 60-70 minut or more. I am an excellent speller, great proofreader, also love working with numbers & material codes, I  am well mannered, amongst many other skills like copiers, scanning, bate stamping,  filing, great with  calculating ,  adding machines,  great driving record.  I have my TWIC CARD.  I’m close to the job position. I live in Brooklyn Park but raised in Locust Point as a Catholic. 

This is a  global company.   I maintain high volumes of both internal & external emails along with high volume of orders for all my main customer accounts.  I work with salesmen for my accounts. Daily dealing with shipping department to help carriers incoming and outgoing.  Enter a lot of paperwork i.e.: Returns, Complaints.  Help customers with paperwork they not always receive from shipping department, including Bill of Ladings, Invoices.  Support shipping dept with calls by Utilizing Blue Jay System in trying to track down carrier to find out the ETA to destination by reading map to see just how many miles the shipment will be  arriving to its destination through our Blue Jay system.  During Dangerous weather in other states around the Globe we need to redirect product with  tractors already loaded, very time consuming.  Internally warehouses need to redirect bulk trucks, tanker, railcars, etc., these tractors etc being redirected can take hours to redirect product from one plant/ warehouse to other destinations all over the glob. This causes lots of paperwork such as Complaints & Returning carrier trucks to redirected destinations that have all the product ordered and needed so that our #1 customers are receiving their product on time to prepare for their customers.  When the carriers drive a bit too fast there are times  product falls off pallets and get damaged.  We then need to prepare a typed up return, then a complaint follows to find out the root cause of how  the shipment was damaged.  While multitasking all the orders that need to be entered from our SAP system within the proper lead time we consistently work while eating our lunch.  This is an enormous job to be successful at. 

My most relevant education was being introduced to a software system called Esker.  This system has it’s own memory in for SAP to teach Esker to memorize all employee accounts to learn all accounts names, addresses, city & states for delivery destination.  Very tricky, but once you repeat the type of product they always order including the material number for each product the ESKER system has its own memory and it automatically memorizes the product whether it is a specialty or regular product.  1000’s and 1000’s of product numbers drop into the Esker after so many times and they all become memorized which causes the orders to move along and to be entered 3x as fast.
