With a strong foundation in Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), systems development life cycles (SDLC), and enterprise portfolio management, this I have successfully managed multi-million-dollar modernization efforts, CPIC governance and reporting programs.

With a Master’s in Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, bolstered by a robust suite of certifications, including PMP, CPP, CMMI Auditor, and ServiceNow training. 

Experienced in managing cross-functional teams, developing executive-level reporting, and guiding agencies through IT investment compliance and budget planning using OMB, FITARA, and TBM frameworks. Recognized for outstanding contributions by both the IRS Commissioner and the SB/SE division, I bring technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a history of delivering measurable results in high-stakes environments.

As the current Director of ITech University, I have developed and lead an internal professional development program that cultivates emerging ServiceNow developers and analysts, demonstrating a commitment to knowledge-sharing and workforce development.
