As a Project Manager, I manage projects end to end by defining scope, building and maintaining detailed plans and schedules, and driving execution through consistent governance, risk and issue management, and stakeholder coordination. I also support PMO policy and intake improvements, assist with vendor selection and implementation planning, and apply Agile delivery practices, including story tracking, impediment management, and PI Planning preparation support, to ensure deliverables meet defined completion criteria and are accepted with quality.

My most relevant education includes a Diploma in Agricultural Technology from Lagos State Polytechnic, which provided a foundation in agricultural systems and practical field based methods, and an Associate in Physical Therapy Assistant and Applied Science from Coleman College of Health Sciences in Houston, Texas, which focused on clinical, hands on training to support patient rehabilitation under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
