I’ve led cross-functional projects at Kaiser Permanente and the California Department of Public Health, turning complex clinical and operational data into actionable insights. I'm passionate about using data to advance health equity, improve outcomes, and support strategic decision-making in healthcare systems.

I have experience working across health systems, public health departments, and academic research settings, with a focus on data analytics, quality improvement, and health equity. At Kaiser Permanente, I led and supported initiatives involving clinical data analysis, human-centered design, and performance metric development for chronic disease care and stress management programs. My background also includes work at the California Department of Public Health and academic research labs, where I managed large datasets, contributed to peer-reviewed publications, and supported strategic planning efforts.

I hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Southern California, where I specialized in data analysis, study design, and healthcare quality improvement. My coursework emphasized statistical programming, population health, and health systems performance. I also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and Global Health from Northwestern University, where I built a strong foundation in research and health equity.
