Throughout my nursing career, I have provided comprehensive, hands‑on clinical care across long‑term care, donor services, and home‑health settings, performing a wide range of treatments including wound care, medication administration via multiple routes, diabetic management, colostomy and catheter care, PEG tube management, and advanced tracheostomy interventions such as in‑line suction, decannulation care, and cannulation. I am committed to thorough assessments, clear patient education, and strong advocacy for patient rights and safety. My experience also includes managing donor medical needs by ensuring regulatory compliance, evaluating donor health and test results, educating donors on plasmapheresis, and responding to major reactions or injuries while supporting phlebotomy operations. As a charge nurse, I successfully led a team of 8 CNAs and 4 ACMAs while overseeing the care of 35–40 residents, fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining high standards of clinical practice. In home‑health roles, I delivered individualized care guided by detailed plans of care, working closely with PT, OT, and ST to ensure continuity while performing assessments, education, medication administration, phlebotomy, and wound care with precision, autonomy, and strong interdisciplinary communication.
