- Interviews: I conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordination and Communication
- Scheduling Interviews: I arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Feedback: I gather and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
Offer Management
- Negotiation: I handle salary negotiations and other employment terms.
- Offer Letters: I prepare and extend job offers for selected candidates.
Onboarding Support
- Integration: I assist new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Employer Branding
- Promoting Company Values: I represent the company's brand and values to attract top talent.
As a recruiter, I play a vital role in ensuring that the hiring process runs smoothly and that the best candidates are matched with suitable job opportunities, which is essential in building a strong workforce and contributing to the overall success of an organization.
Experience
An extensive 15 + year professional career, coupled with a BA in Business Administration / Management -has yielded proficiency in managing existing relationships, and building new and successful ones, across any organizational level. My professional wheelhouse includes a variety of HR functions, to include - Interviewing, Coaching, Mentoring, Recruiting, Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition, Data Entry and Mining, Administrative Office Management, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Benefits, Training & Development, Full-cycle HR Processing, and scheduling related tasks... just to name a few!
