Looking for a new job

I have hands-on experience in plumbing, maintenance, and skilled trades, with a strong focus on practical, on-the-job work. Most recently, I worked as a plumbing apprentice at Valley Plumbing, where I assisted licensed plumbers with installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and water heaters. I also helped with leak detection, drain cleaning, and customer service while following safety procedures and properly maintaining tools.

Before that, I worked as a maintenance worker at the University of Utah, where I supported campus facilities by performing preventive maintenance and building repairs. I regularly assisted with minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, completed work orders, and made sure work areas were clean and safe.

I also have strong construction experience from working as a skilled trade worker at Gallagher Odds & Ends, where I handled cabinet and countertop installations, trim work, waterproofing, surface prep, and cleanup during renovations. Earlier in my career, I worked as a cabinet installer at Riverhouse Design, following blueprints and working both independently and with a team on residential and commercial projects.

Overall, my background has given me a solid foundation in plumbing support, construction, maintenance, tool use, safety, and customer service, and I’m continuing to build my skills through plumbing school as a licensed plumbing apprentice.

I am currently enrolled in a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program at Salt Lake Community College, where I’m gaining formal training in residential and commercial plumbing systems while building on my hands-on job experience. I also hold an active Utah Plumbing Apprentice License, which allows me to work in the field under licensed plumbers.

In addition, I am pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Computer and Information Sciences at Salt Lake Community College, which has strengthened my problem-solving, technical, and computer skills. I earned my high school diploma from Bingham High School.
