Nicholas Cockrell

Currently, I am the Lead Roaster for Likewise Coffee & Roastery.  I oversee the production, quality, and distribution of coffee between shops and wholesale. An artist at heart, there is beauty in utilizing taste profiles while practicing structure and order. 

Versatile and passionate professional with a diverse background in social work, management, retail, art, and coffee roasting. Adept at fostering meaningful relationships, applying critical thinking, and using creativity to solve problems. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and adaptability combined with a deep appreciation for beauty, purpose, and spirituality. Motivated by a strong sense of empathy and a dedication to serving others.

I graduated from Carson-Newman University with a BA Double major in Religion and Philosophy with a minor in Photography. During my time, I served in the Bonner Scholar Program that valued and prioritized community service, involvement, and leadership development. Faith, beauty, critical thinking, and problem solving are the core values instilled in me during my collegiate years.
