I am an experienced and successful leader and advocate in the field of education, with over 25 years of experience and a strong background in special education leadership and a deep commitment to equitable student outcomes.

In addition, please be advised that I offer 34 years of volunteer and community service experience as an active member of two sororities: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated.

Finally, I am also elated to share that I am an entrepreneur of a small business that provides exclusive sorority-themed paraphernalia to members of the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated on a quarterly basis during the academic school year. The National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated is a professional organization of women in the field of education of which I am actively involved and was honored to receive the Distinguished Professional Leadership Award in 2022. I would like to share that a portion of each sale is donated to the Sorority for philanthropic endeavors, which focus on economic equity by supporting and serving marginalized and underserved communities.
