Nathan McGinnis
Accounting / Finance
About Nathan McGinnis:
I’m an accounting and operations professional with experience across AP/AR, financial modeling, tax preparation, and multi‑entity aviation accounting. I’ve supported both high‑growth startups and established organizations, building everything from flight‑program financial models to streamlined AP/AR processes and audit‑ready reconciliations.
Most recently, I consulted for an aviation startup, where I evaluated route feasibility, analyzed aircraft utilization, and partnered with legal and executive teams to deliver investor‑focused financial insights. Before that, I supported Environmental Lights through Robert Half, managing daily AP/AR operations, reconciliations, and month‑end close. I also spent over two years at Latitude 33 Aviation overseeing full‑cycle AP/AR, bank recs, and aircraft‑related billing.
Earlier in my career, I gained hands‑on tax experience at H&R Block and helped run administrative and bookkeeping operations for a family medical practice. Across every role, I’m known for accuracy, process improvement, and the ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable information.
Based in Temecula, CA, I’m open to accounting, financial operations, and analytical roles where I can bring together my technical skills, operational mindset, and commitment to clean, reliable financial reporting.
Thank you,
Nathan McGinnis
