For example, the workflows and compliance requirements for processing outgoing payments (AP) are quite different from those for receiving & recording incoming funds (AR). Similarly, banking-related activities follow their own protocols, often focused on reconciliation, cash flow and payment applications

I can shift my thinking to match the structure and logic specific to each function. Each area has its own tools, timelines, and oversight, so understanding and respect those differences which ensures accuracy and audit compliance.

Success only comes from a great team and that includes working closely with the employees and management in operations as they are the frontline for initiating the business financial transactions.
