As Operations Supervisor at NVR, Inc., I oversaw logistics and quality management, utilizing data analysis to enhance production efficiency and employee engagement initiatives. During my tenure with the United States Air Force, I excelled in project management, overseeing multimillion-dollar equipment deployments and leading complex training exercises, resulting in streamlined operations and technological upgrades.
