Natalie Martinez

I am eager to gain experience as an entry-level chemical technician to assist in my journey towards my Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. I have 1.5 years of lab experience, including extraction, gas chromatography, steam distillation, vacuum filtering, and recrystallization techniques. 

I worked for two years at Western Diversified Plastics as a quality control technician to assure that materials were within specifications and that parts were molded and built correctly. I currently work as a part-time house maid, which requires immense attention to detail, because it provides flexibility around my school schedule.

I received my diploma from Lawton High School in 2017. I am currently in my sophomore year of my transfer bachelor's degree for Chemical Engineering. In May of 2025, I will graduate with an associate of applied science in Chemical Technology from Kalamazoo Valley Community College, then I will continue my education at Western Michigan University to achieve my Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
