Natalie Fresco

My name is Natalie and I’ve been a building substitute for 2 years at KIPP Academy Lynn with grades 5-8. I’ve covered every single core subject and extracurricular and am currently still a college student at North Shore Community College. I am 23 years old and looking for a new substitute teacher position due to budget cuts and enjoy working with kids very much. I am great with kids, have good classroom management, outgoing, passionate about education, and have a bubbly personality. I am passionate about education, fashion, music, expressing creativity through art, and poetry. I hope you take me into consideration!

I have been a building substitute for over 2 years at KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate. I’ve worked with kids grades 5-8 of ages 10-14 and have great classroom management and student/teacher relationships and rapport. I am amazing with kids and am always working on ways to improve and better myself. Other than teaching I have also done retail, retail pharmacy, been a delivery driver for Amazon, cashier, bank teller and a Spanish/English interpreter in the Lynn and greater Boston area!

I graduated high school in 2020 during COVID at Lynn English High. I am working towards my associates degree in Health Science at North Shore Community College in Lynn, MA & have over 30 college credits! My goal is to eventually get my BSW after getting my associates and transferring to a 4-year school.
