Work on IPO planning & transformation projects by completing comprehensive HR audits &/or reviews to ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements of stock exchange.

Merger & Acquisition Human Capital Restructuring 

Playing a critical role in two acquisition transactions “before and after acquisition process”, this includes employee rightsizing, integrate compensation and benefits practices, communication “an essential element of any change management process to ensure a successful merger along with cultural alignment and technology integration

Strategic Org Development & Human Resources Planning (both operating and strategic plans) Leveraging HR capabilities and creativity to accommodate for organizational growth, improving HR service levels, promoting HR programs/agenda, creating, and implementing HR metrics and systems to help measure levels of success. All aimed at enhancing employee retention and attraction levels, thus, gaining a competitive advantage.

Organizational Development & Excellence

Building a performance driven culture, which is goal focused and business oriented, creating career planning programs “both succession, replacement planning & talent pools”, HR Operational SOP’s and policies, Performance Management Systems to help manage, evaluate and drive performance “KRA’s, objectives for both organization & Individuals & KPI’s”, Competency Frameworks “both behavioral & technical”. All aimed at building a positive organization culture and work environment.

Rewards Management (Local & International Compensation and Benefits Strategies Design & Implementation for Executive & Non-Executive Rewards Programs)

Design and implementation of rewards programs which reflect the desired rewards philosophy while considering cultural and legal differences/disparities of both local and international pay practices, securing stakeholders and shareholders’ approval/buy-in on rewards philosophy and implementation tactics. All aimed at linking rewards to performance while maintaining and controlling total employment costs through various economic cycles to help meet corporate objectives.

Employee Capabilities (Talent Training & Development)

Internal & external training & development programs aimed at enhancing both technical and behavioral staff capabilities to ensure effective performance. Creating IDP’s “Individual Development Programs” for Management & Professional level employees”, evaluating and regularly assessing skills and behaviors of employees against standard core competencies.
