I’m a Quality Assurance leader with over 15 years driving high-impact testing programs across healthcare, insurance, and enterprise environments. I’ve built end-to-end test strategies and scalable automation frameworks—covering API, performance, security, and UI testing—and integrated them into CI/CD pipelines in Azure and Jenkins. Along the way, I’ve led cross-functional and offshore teams, mentored junior engineers, and achieved measurable gains like 30–40% reductions in cycle time and defect leakage. My expertise spans infusion therapy systems, provider credentialing, and claims adjudication—always ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid) and aligning QA goals with business objectives.

I earned a four-year Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Bharathiyar University in India. That rigorous program covered core software and hardware topics—C/C++ programming, data structures and algorithms, database design, network protocols, and software engineering principles.

For my capstone project, I led a team to build an automated data-acquisition and analysis tool, where I gained hands-on experience with scripting, test automation concepts, and version control. This technical foundation has been instrumental in shaping my approach to test strategy, automation framework design, and data-driven validation throughout my QA career.
