Databases include 9 million covered lives over 4 years across outpatient/inpatient and pharmacy points of service; incorporates 500+ million claims 
  2. Coordinated with IT teams to ensure SAS programs, servers and processors were optimally configured to ensure capacity and efficiency for any large database studies.
  3. Validate and update drug/diagnosis/procedure codes using ICD-9 CM,HCPCS, REDBOOK and CPT 2000 reference

Execute turn-key campaigns, provide modeling/statistical analytic expertise and manage vendor relationships for the marketing department. 

  1. Lead analytic team through development of logit responder models resulting in a 50 percent increase in predicted response rates. Log models were fitted using credit bureau data; univariate/multivariate diagnostics  performed to ensure data integrity, validation was performed using a control sample, scored accounts selection was based on optimized K-S statistics of sample population vs validation population.

Produced and managed reporting process for Collections department, for $4B bankcard family of portfolios. 

  1. Identified key drivers, provided explanation of CFS-collection performance trends through Loss Update, Scorecard and Delinquency reports in monthly review sessions with senior leadership and operational managers. 
  2. Partnered with risk, finance and operations managers to forecast and establish collection performance targets during planning periods. Methods used linear and non-linear forecasts in excel.   
  3. Used SAS codes and macros to build excel based reports on Delinquency Movement Matrix, Dialer analysis, Capacity Performance and Delinquency and Loss rates. Performance repro drove incentive pay for 3000 collectors across seven domestic and off-shore sites. 
  4. Successfully supported host system conversion through leading data warehouse audits and facilitation of gaps in data feeds to collection data warehouse. Transition of all MS Access/SAS/Excel based interfaces to SAS/Oracle/business Objects interfaces, resulting in a 60% reduction of daily reporting cycle times. 
  5. Completed Green Belt project on Montgomery Wards bankruptcy processing driving process improvements from 2.5 sigma to 3.7 sigma.
