• Support a team of approximately 10 Care Coordinators dedicated to the operations of the AUW-211 SUD CARES Referral and Treatment Call Center. 
• Oversee operations of the SUD CARES call center information, intake, screening, referral and pre-treatment services for individuals seeking substance use disorder treatment and recovery services, co-occurring disorders, and other behavioral health needs.
• Provide direct supervision, mentorship and coaching to approximately 5 Care Coordination staff. 
• Assess training/professional development needs of Care Coordinators and coordinates with Clinical Manager to help implement additional training/professional development opportunities and services across shifts
