• Managed township website with updated personnel information, news, photographs, board meeting minutes, forms, and documents. • Prepared and processed e-pollbook, election materials, applications and ballots, laptops, ballot scanners, printers, and all other supplies (secrecy sleeves, tables, PPE,    etc.), distributed supplies to precinct officials, and assisted with the processing of returned supplies and ballots, abiding strict Federal and State Election laws and meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality. • Replied to FOIA requests and assisted in the collection of documents for fulfillment. • Sold cemetery plots and updated BS&A  Cemetery management database with appropriate information and scanned documents. • Answered telephone and responded to a high volume of inquiries from residents, transferring calls to appropriate departments as needed.
