Mike Weber

I am a US Air Force veteran of 21 years and, currently, a furloughed civil service employee with many years of experience, mostly in a military or supporting the military role.  My current position title is Civilian Harm Mitigation and Response Officer and (when not furloughed) I work at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs.   I am looking for some work to support my family in the Colorado Springs area.  I have led and managed people and worked in high stress environments where diligence and attention to detail are keys to success.  I also have a Top Secret, Secure Compartmented Information security clearance.

* Highly accomplished, results-oriented leader with 15+ years of Joint Operations Center (JOC) experience in all-domain awareness, C4ISR systems, and mission-critical information management * Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments and adapt to evolving operational requirements * Experience included direct support to sensitive, operational missions, requiring discretion, sound judgment, and a thorough understanding of military policy* Served over 24 years in diverse roles within USNORTHCOM and AFSOC, gaining extensive experience in training, operational planning, resource and personnel management * Proven expertise to integrate complex systems, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver actionable intelligence to support strategic decision-making * Frequently acted as a key liaison between AFSOC units and external stakeholders, requiring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Contributed to the development and implementation of Patriot Excalibur, an aircrew scheduling, standardization/evaluation software suite in wide use in AFSOC and throughout the Air Force, demonstrating proficiency in program management and attention to detail.
