Senior Logistics Advisor and Data Analyst | Fort Carson, Colorado

Security Force Logistics Advisor supports allied or partner nation military and police forces by assessing, training, and advising on logistics systems critical to mission readiness. This includes supply chain planning, sustainment strategies, inventory and maintenance oversight, and ensuring compliance with host nation and NATO standards.                                                                                                                    

• Provided Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) consulting for NATO partner nations at strategic levels, providing actionable assessments that enabled countries to establish nation-wide ILS systems.
• Developed Foreign Military Sales (FMS) common operating picture planning systems to optimize deployment staffing. 
• Leveraged data from the Defense Security Cooperation Agency and the Security Cooperation Information Portal to create predictive Logistics Information Systems (LIS) PowerBI Dashboards.
• Ensured compliance, performance, and accountability for the contract life cycle. All contracts remained on budget.

Senior Materials and Supply Chain Manager | Fort Bliss, Texas

Materials and Supply Chain Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain operations to support combat readiness and mission success. Responsibilities include managing inventory, procurement, warehousing, and distribution for weapons systems, vehicles, and aviation assets, while ensuring compliance with military regulations and budget constraints. This role requires strategic planning, personnel leadership, and technical expertise to sustain global operations across dynamic environments.

• Created deployment timelines to prepare the movement of 3000 person groups and $690,000,000 worth of equipment to overseas locations with a 100% success and on-time rate.
• Utilized SQL, BEX, and VBA to conduct sophisticated Excel and PowerBI data analytical tools to manage orders.  Increased parts availability for critical repair parts by six times.
• Managed seven diverse warehouses, overseeing inventory management, regulatory compliance, shipping, storage, issue, and training for 200+ employees.  Earned two nation-wide Excellence awards, 1st and 2nd place for warehouses within my region. 
• Conducted material management for the entire western region of the United States, diagnosing discrepancies, expediting orders, and coordinating with 3PL and the AMC.
• Conducted Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for 900+ systems, including Strykers, Abrams, Bradleys, Howitzers, and rotary wing aircraft with 3PL. Improving supply chain speed by 10 days.

Director of Warehouse Operations | Fort Lewis, Bliss, Drum, and Sill

Director of Warehouse Operations leads warehousing and distribution functions in support of national defense objectives. This role oversees inventory management, personnel supervision, regulatory compliance, and logistics coordination for critical equipment, repair parts, and mission-essential supplies. Responsibilities include managing multiple storage sites, implementing performance standards, directing audits and inspections, and integrating technology systems (e.g., SAP, GCSS-Army) to ensure material readiness and supply chain efficiency across global operations.

• Deployed 2000 lines of stock worth over 10,000,000 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Iraq with no inventory losses and minimal delays to supply support.
• Conducted two major Logistics Information Systems (LIS) conversions from old legacy Solaris/Unix systems to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP systems.
• Maintained a 96% or above inventory accuracy during the entire tenure.
• Oversaw third-party logistics (3PL) operations to ensure timely maintenance support, minimizing downtime and maximizing asset availability.
• Developed and enforced inventory controls, compliance procedures, and safety standards in accordance with federal regulations and military readiness requirements.
• Trained and mentored 250+ logistics professionals across multiple rotations, improving operational consistency and long-term workforce capability.
• Led logistics and budgeting reconciliation at executive levels, resolving unliquidated obligations and unmatched disbursements. Enabling the cost-savings of over $10,000,000, four times the previous year.
