I have many years of experience in automating business processes, improving consumer experience, integrating with third party applications and integrating large enterprise applications.

During my tenure of 30 years at iFIT, I have worn many "hats". I have often performed multiple functions simultaneously. I am adept at breaking down complex problems and designing (and implementing) enterprise processes, including the development and optimization of ERP and CRM solutions. I love working with stakeholders at all levels to design strategic solutions. At times solutions can be designed and configured internally but often integration with third-party platforms may offer solutions. 

I have worked heavily with "Order to Cash" and CRM processes. I facilitate the creation of collaborative frameworks that ensure a steady flow of information and cohesiveness between departments. I am keen to apply such skills at Utah State University to optimize processes and contribute to their mission of advancing research and education with efficiency and excellence.

A proven, energetic IT leader that leads by example and inspires cross-functional teams to grow to meet complex challenges. A mentor to juniors, and a valued resource to seniors. Seasoned by over 30 years delivering IT solutions, integrations and enhancements. I am a self starter, motivated to seek vertical alignment and create momentum by working through blockers. I am often given complex problems that require a persistent and creative approach. I am an enterprise architect able to develop solutions that deliver strategic value to automate or enable business processes.

I both design and facilitate enhancements to systems, transactions and master data to transform processes and improve business processes. I'm able to create architectural roadmaps based upon corporate strategy to improve transactive systems. Offering professional experience and leadership to oversee system and application design, third-party integrations, mentoring, solution architecture, and application development. I have strong experience with SAP S4 Sales and Distribution (OTC), Functional Analysis/Config and ABAP development. Earlier in my career I also had extensive experience with the IBM iSeries/AS400 RPG & RPGLE Programming, EDI and general Order-to-Cash processes.

I have a strong background as a leader, architect, developer, "goto guy" and project management. I have learned to adhere to industry best practices over custom-builds whenever possible. The ability to work with off-shore teams, near-shore teams, technical and non-technical teams is part of my routine. I am effective at translating "IT Speak" to non-technical audiences. I can work in an onsite or remote environment effectively.
