A native of Brazil, Miche Fox is a distinguished Green Michelin Star-trained traveling chef and highly valued United Nations speaker, renowned for her innovative use of seasonal and botanical ingredients to create dishes that nourish both the body and the planet.
Miche's culinary journey began at the age of 7, under the guidance of her grandmother in Brazil. With over 15 years of professional experience, she has honed her craft in esteemed restaurants across Hawaii, California, and Washington. Her culinary expertise is complemented by her work as a humanitarian chef on the Ukrainian front line, where she brought comfort and nourishment to those in need amidst challenging circumstances.
Beyond her culinary achievements, Miche brings 15 years of event management experience, during which she successfully founded and directed two major festivals in Northern California. Her unique culinary style is a fusion of apothecary herbals, Ayurveda, and ancestral techniques, resulting in creations that not only delight the palate but also activate and heal the body, mind, and spirit.
Miche is passionate about leveraging her culinary talents to make a positive impact, whether through the healing power of food or by creating memorable experiences that celebrate the interconnectedness of people, culture, and the environment.
