Flight Attendant/Customer Service

My previous roles as well as extensive Military experience & knowledge in dealing with various situations and complex problem solving have strengthened my abilities in leadership and management, as well as my focused attention to detail and high accuracy.

   In my previous role I was a skilled and hardworking Guest Service Agent but due to the ongoing pandemic my previous employer was forced to lay off all employees. While this period was unplanned and unexpected I put the time to good use and am ready to get back to the workforce.
