Experience

Owner’s Assistant/Bookkeeper

Assist the owner with their daily tasks.

Award and apply for grants.

Manage calendars for clients to optimize time management. 

Invoicing, Accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Develope and edited office correspondence including emails, invitations, agendas, social media posts and web invitations to ensure clear and effective communication.

Create monthly newsletters and programs for several clients.

Plan and execute monthly events, feedings and concerts including travel, venue, food and mileage.

Compile and generate data for new grant proposals.

Review documents for accuracy and to ensure consistency.

Manage clients, client emails, websites and social media.

Attend grant and city meetings working closely with many city organizations to build relationships and nourish individuals facing food insecurity.

Handle payroll and calculate payroll taxes, reported and paid the payroll taxes for the company.
