About Michaelle Hojer:
Coming off a 26 year career in the mortgage industry, as a Senior Loan Processor, funding many different types of mortgage loans for brokers and lenders, as well a running my own net branch, I was looking for a change as the industry shifted.
I then took a role as a processor and then a processing manager, which included a virtual team of 5-7 employees, online training, and daily meetings, we gathered information and documentation to complete ERC applications for submission to the IRS for funding.
I have currently transitioned into a new role within the same company, holding the position of account executive. This role entails introducing merchant services to business owners at a discounted rate saving them money. I enjoy the process and learning as I go.
Being very detailed oriented, I provide excellent customer service and have always had a positive feedback from former clients.
