Starting-up and running the company’s newest branch, creating opportunities for a traditionally print-based boutique design agency to move into the digital space.

Tasked with overseeing the operational management, creative direction, and project management for the branch.

In my role as a senior graphic and digital designer, I contributed my wealth of expertise and experience by offering hands-on support to the team and actively executing design projects as required.

The branch later joined forces with Fishpond to become the Fisher Agency.

I ensured the seamless progression of projects within the design studio, overseeing their thorough scoping and appropriate staffing to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
