I designed several systems, such as cooling water systems, fire
protection systems, HVAC systems, and Plumbing Systems for Process Water complex Building,
Maintenance Building, and office building, and was involved in preconstruction activities, developed
construction specifications and procedures, managed construction quantities and schedules, conducted
planning and logistics, and reviewed the constructability, and performed Specification, System 
Requirement Document (SRD) according to unified facilities criteria (UFC), Unified Facilities Guide
Specifications (UFGS), and Whole Building Design Guide (WBDG) for the Department of Defense,
Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC), International Building Code (IBC),
International Plumbing Code (IPC), IMC, IRC, ICC, IFC, and ASHRAE
