About Michael Dean:

I am currently interning with the Pittsburgh Penguins Help Desk team.  I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg with a bachelor's degree in information technology. I am currently working on a few side programs using Java and have co-created a couple websites during my time at school.

Experience

  • Run scripts on cisco that connect to DMPs on all the TV’s
  • Walkthrough and make sure all of the TV’s are on, as well as the iPads
  • Reset/Discharge DMPs on TV’s
  • Hard Reset/Reboot iPads for connectivity
  • Imaged computers
