I have 30+yrs experience in Windows, as well as the same amount of time in Networking. In a nutshell, I can fix whatever is broken, and explain it in a way that the end user understands (99% of the time). My end users satisfaction is paramount with me, and I pride myself on being able to get my end users back up and running again, and if they want to know, explain the problem in terms they can understand.

Installed and set up Microsoft OS products ranging from Windows 3.1 to Windows 10 as well as server products ranging from Windows Server NT4 to Windows Server 2012R2. Experience with Linux RedHat, Ubuntu and MacOS X (10.9), MS Windows 7, XP,10 & 11. Older experience with Unix / HPUX svr.3 

Have either supervised or been a team member for numerous Windows 7/XP/10/11 upgrades / migrationssince 2009, totaling over 11,000 upgraded units in the past decade, utilizing USMT, SCCM, Marimba, LapLink, PC Mover Express and others.

Utilized MS Exchange for deployments of Outlook 365 (Hybrid & DirSync), and Office 2003/06/10/13/16 as well as Microsoft365 Suite of applications. 

Utilized MS Active Directory forests, domains, sites, organizational units, and group policies in various capacities since 1998, Utilized Active Directory & NetIQ’s Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) for same since 2013.

I have been taking independant courses either thru my current employer (Teams, SharePoint) or wherever I can find them on the internet.
