Melissa Autmon

I am currently a part time employee at Singing River Medical Clinic as a Receptionist. My current role is I greet patients, check in and out, verify insurance, answer high volume of phone calls as well as outgoing calls, fax, and work closely with nurses or providers if needed. I enjoy what I do and looking for a full time position. I am an absolute great team player and think of my coworkers as family. I respect everyone, including patients, and be sure to mindful of HIPPA laws. 

As explained in the last question, I do like to add that I have worked in this current field for 2 years now.

My highest level of education is Associate's in Medical Billing and Coding. I am not certified in this field due to financial reasons, but would like eventually get certified in the future.
