HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY - ISD - Rio Rancho, NM May 2019 – Jan 2025 Family Assistant Analyst ● Responsible for interviewing clients, retrieving information through interfaces and scheduling appointments to receive certain state benefits. ● Working with the NM Medical Assistant department to ensure our clients were able to select certain medical and other state benefits. ● Efficiently multi-tasking several programs such as the Automated State Eligibility System, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. ● Meeting daily numbers for completing tasks, and clearing back office queues for clients applications and renewal of benefits. ● Received high marks in training for knowledge on our main program and customer service skills. ● Providing clients with information and resources within their location, such as food banks, medical providers and employment services. ● Also ranked high on training assessments for knowledge of policy and procedural for the State of New Mexico Human Services Department. ● Working with both customer service over the phone interviews and in person interviews face to face in our lobby. ● Scanning information for clients when necessary, and the ability to save the personal information safely into the Income Support system. ● Verifying out of state information by email or phone for specific clients eligibility for benefits. Reason for Leaving: Made decision to part ways with ISD.
