Md Reza

Md. Reza is a results-driven pharmaceutical scientist and R&D leader with over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness, dietary supplement, and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Director of Process Development R&D at Nature's Way in Green Bay, Wisconsin, he oversees innovation and development across a portfolio of globally recognized brands, including Alive!, Sambucus, and Fortify Probiotics.

Previously, Md. Reza held senior R&D roles at Nestlé Health Science, The Nature's Bounty Co., and Pharmavite, where he spearheaded product development and commercialization initiatives for iconic brands such as Nature’s Bounty, Solgar, Osteo Bi-Flex, Vital Proteins, Nature Made, and MegaFood. His expertise extends to gummy and softgel dosage forms, technical operations, and leading cross-functional teams to launch consumer-centric, high-quality products.

Early in his career, Md. Reza contributed to pharmaceutical innovation as a Principal Scientist at Avet Pharmaceuticals, developing FDA-approved generic products, and as a Senior Scientist at Madina Industrial Corp, focusing on personal care and functional health products.

His deep technical knowledge, coupled with his strategic leadership, has consistently driven successful product launches, market expansion, and operational excellence in highly competitive global markets.

Md. Reza holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Auburn University, an M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Industrial Pharmacy from Long Island University, and a B.S. in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences. He has further enhanced his expertise through specialized training in gummy and jelly formulations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
