My diverse professional experience highlights my strong customer service and teamwork skills. As a Cashier at Harris Teeter and later at Ingles Super Market, I have managed transactions accurately while fostering customer loyalty through friendly service. In my role as an Assembly Line/Production Worker at Saddle Creek Logistics, I maintained productivity and safety while efficiently assembling products and managing inventory. My experience as a Lifeguard at Great Wolf Lodge and with the Red Cross involved ensuring guest safety, responding to emergencies, and resolving customer issues promptly. Additionally, as an Office Assistant at Mars Hill University, Maxwell demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in managing documents and collaborating with team members to enhance office operations along with scanning, filing, and making calls to Alumni.

Pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Mars Hill University, with a concentration in Marketing and Finance, and is expected to graduate in May 2025.
