My background in arts, culture and event organisation has led me to develop an understanding and appreciation of people skills, in addition to being adept at project management. My interest in all aspects of culture and lifestyle means that I keep up to date with developing trends and am able to effectively communicate them to readers. 

My work with some of South Africa’s leading business and lifestyle publications has allowed me to not only appreciate the importance of a well-written piece of journalism, but also to understand and facilitate the teamwork and administration that is crucial to the success of a print media title.

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Represented Business Day Wanted Magazine at key client events and activations in Europe, Asia and the US (Club Med, Rolex, Hilton Worldwide Resorts, Cathay Pacific, Adidas, VisitBritain)
• Project management of the Johannesburg Spring Art Tour in September/October 2009
• Selected to travel to London in 2009 to source potential exhibitors for the FNB Joburg Art Fair (now FNB Art Joburg) at the Frieze Art Fair
