▪ I established and led districtwide Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and Mental Wellness committees, boosting awareness, education, and support in those vital areas.

In my culminating role as School Superintendent with the Baldwinsville Central School District, I made a major impact on the success of our over 5,500 students and 1,000 staff members, while continuing to introduce changes that were instrumental in the district ranking among the top school districts both regionally and state-wide.
