27 years of experience working in the tech industry. Most recently as a subject matter expert within the Automation sales team at IBM. Previous roles at IBM included customer relationship manager, customer reference manager and Automation seller. My primary focus was on Sterling solutions but I grew knowledge of Automations solutions in general.
