I consider myself a proactive person, with leadership skills and an organized and responsible attitude. I am passionate about getting deeply involved in the activities that interest me and I am willing to fully commit myself.

Regarding my experience, as Western Sales Director at CONVERGINT, I identified new business opportunities through exhaustive market studies, which resulted in a significant increase in sales and expansion of the client portfolio. I have also worked closely with sales, marketing and product development teams to ensure that the products and services offered fully meet the needs of customers.

As Mexico Presales Director at CONVERGINT, I successfully led the presales department, focusing on strategic projects in the LATAM region. In addition, I have been responsible for opening new markets, planning and managing large projects, negotiating with suppliers and preparing economic and technical proposals. I have also supervised and led teams, providing guidance and support to foster skill development and promote a culture of excellence in project delivery.

In my previous professional career, as Director of Sales and Presales at Compañía Integra Soluciones, I led the opening of new markets, developed effective strategies and managed large projects. I was also responsible for the negotiation with suppliers, the supervision and management of personnel, and the financial and budgetary monitoring of the projects.

As Project and Maintenance Manager at Prosegur Mexico, I managed budget management, generated productivity projects and ensured compliance with quality, safety and environmental protection processes. In addition, I led a project at the LATAM level with a value of 28 million dollars, ensuring its successful execution.

In my previous role as Technical Manager at DAT International Mexico, I managed the commercial department, developed detailed quotes, planned and coordinated large security projects. I was also responsible for technical support, manual development and implementation and technical training. I led the technical team and managed the purchasing department.
