I currently live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with my wife and two sons. My boys both play baseball.  I love spending my free time outdoors, golfing, traveling, and coaching my son's teams. I am an accomplished retail planning and logistics professional with over 15 years of experience driving sales, margin, and operational efficiency through data-driven merchandise planning, allocation, and replenishment strategies. A Penn State graduate with a B.S. in Business Logistics, I’ve built my career at Dick’s Sporting Goods leading planning and inventory teams across multiple categories, including Team Sports, Fitness, Equipment, Women’s Apparel, and Footwear. I specialize in developing end-to-end inventory strategies that balance sales growth with inventory productivity—partnering closely with vendors, merchants, and supply chain teams to ensure the right product reaches the right stores at the right time. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully executed new store openings, implemented replenishment models, and led major brand launches like Yeezy, Calia, and Patagonia expansions. Known for my analytical insight and leadership, I take pride in turning complex data into clear action plans that drive profitability and strengthen supply chain alignment across the retail organization.
