Experience - I’ve been in the nursing field for 40 years. I have a passion helping others. My greatest reward is to see my patients discharged and improved in progress. Through my years of experience, i  Worked in Hospitals,  Orthopedic floor,, Postpartum, Nursing Homes, telemetry, ICU, CCU, Rehabilitation Ct, Mental Health Care, Hospice Care, Corrections Facility. etc.
Leadership Skills - I acquired exceptional skills through being a team player. Inspire excellence in care, by being an example of good work ethics for co-workers.
Teaching - I have been a Preceptor for incoming Registered Nurses, and License Practical Nurses, teaching how to administer medications, scope of Nursing practice, prioritize, rules and regulations, and applied nursing techniques, Skills. 
Patient Relations - I was Recognized and Rewarded by management very so often for providing outstanding patient care.
Dedicated - I am committed to this workforce, I make myself available to take on extra workload, and I’am always there to uplift a fellow co-worker.
