Liana Martinez

My name is Liana Martinez. I am currently working as an Interventionist and Teacher's Assistant at SLAM Miami Charter School, where I support students academically and help create a positive learning environment. I also have experience in customer service and office operations from my time at Planet Fitness, where I managed front desk responsibilities, billing, and membership services. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, with the goal of building a career where I can support individuals and families, combining administrative skills with a passion for helping others. I am looking for a full-time position where I can continue to grow professionally, contribute to a supportive team, and make a difference in people's lives through dedicated service and strong communication. 

I have over two years of experience working in administrative support, customer service, and education. I've managed front desk operations, handled billing inquiries, processed paperwork, and maintained detailed records. I've supported students, families, and staff by providing strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. I'm proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, and I thrive in fast-paced environments where professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork are essential.

I graduated with a high school diploma from Nova High School in 2022 and am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Broward College. My education has strengthened my skills in communication, organization, and understanding human behavior, which I apply in professional settings to better support individuals and families.
