I am Marianne, a third year Chemistry student. I am actively yearning for hands on experience in chemistry related fields; mainly polymer science and material science. I am  fast learner and I do not shy away from learning new things.

• Collaborate with Residence Life staff to create innovative programs that help students to adapt to campus life and build community
• Complete safety training on fire extinguishers, suicide mitigation, Narcan and encouraging general safety mindset with residents
• Independently manage floor of 35 1st year students to help them problem solve, negotiate roommate issues, use campus resources as needed and offer community building activities
• Attend weekly staff meetings to address larger campus issues, status of maintenance requests and review schedule to prevent programming overlap

• Tutor Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Statistics and General Chemistry
• Adapt lessons to each student’s academic ability and class information
• Teach study skills, time management and practice techniques
