About Mariah Poggioli:

I currently work for Rustoleom where I check the schedule to see if there are any special tasks or issues that need to be addressed for the day. Then call various departments to confirm any planned or unplanned absences. Throughout the day, I monitor production efficiency by tracking overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and assist with filling lines when needed. I collect and update reports from the previous shift, scan necessary documents, release production batches, and ensure that all boards and communication tools are up-to-date with current information. I then communicate any key information to the shift supervisor, update the shift report, and complete administrative tasks such as submitting attendance records, batch confirmations etc.. I also make sure all non-conformance and incident reports are reviewed and updated, assist in the peer recognition program to boost employee morale, track and report any hazardous waste inspections, and update any relevant information on the production line boards using tools like SAP and Vorne. If any lines are experiencing issues causing us to lose production time and profit, I coordinate with my colleges to see how we can improve our procedures and what tools we can utilize to increase efficiency. I also assist in hiring new employees and creating training materials for new policies the company is introducing 

Experience

Production Administrative Assistant at Rust-Oleum in Williamsport, MD since February 2024. Responsibilities include discussing schedule, issuing special tasks for the day, sending out unplanned absence reports, tracking OEE, assisting on filling lines when needed, entering and completing all deviation reports from prior shifts, collecting BSO and scanning/saving, releasing batches for production, updating and removing outdated information on board inspection, updating Vorne, sending out emails as required, communicating information to shift supervisor at the end of shift, updating shift report, submitting attendance, scanning/saving BSO and admin task log, signing off on shift handouts, collecting batch cards from QC and releasing batches in SAP, entering and tracking safety observations, updating work orders and posting on line boards, entering and updating deviation forms and posting on line boards, stocking paperwork/office forms along wall and on communication boards, updating line information in Vorne, confirming in SAP, reporting near misses, spills, and property damages, updating employee attendance, viewing/updating non-conformances/incident reports, assisting in peer recognition program, updating can tracker, completing hazardous waste inspections.
