I have a strong background in both project management and human resources, with a proven ability to handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. I have been tasked and am skilled in leading software implementation projects, specifically a work order system (CMMS), and have experience with data management. 

In human resources work, I have demonstrated expertise in supporting a large employee base (over 6,000 employees across 13 states), investigating HR issues, and assisting with payroll. I have played a key role in process improvement, evidenced by my creation of a paperless filing system and assistance in developing new software to streamline the new-hire Onboarding and Off-boarding process from start to finish. I am also proficient in training others, both in-person and remotely.

I graduated from Colorado Technical University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. Most recently, I have received numerous certifications in specific Microsoft Excel programs.
