I will be attending the University of Oregon as a direct admit into the School of Journalism and Communications. I was a member of the Edina High School concert band as a first chair trumpet player and a section editor for Edina High School newspaper, Zephyrus. I worked as a hostess at Edina Grill, managed a summer camp for 14 kids, and worked in guest services for the city of Edina at Centennial Lakes park. I am accustomed to working at a fast pace and meeting deadlines.

I Co-managed a self-run summer camp with 7 families and 14 kids from Jul–August 2020. I managed expenditures and balanced a budget. I created itineraries for each day and communicated with parents and children.

I worked as a hostess at Edina Grill from March-August 2021. I was the first face as customers came in and I rotated seating with servers. I handled takeout orders and helped to bus tables and roll silverware when needed.

Graduated from Edina High School in the class of 2022 with a 3.9 weighted GPA. I participated in many extracurriculars including soccer, basketball, jazz band, concert band, marching band, and the school newspaper, Zephyrus. I will attend the University of Oregon as a direct admit to the school of Journalism and Communications. I plan to major in Journalism.
