Supportive services for individuals restarting their lives

Through partnerships with local employers — and LTBCO’s own social enterprise, The People’s Pickles — participants gain:
Real work experience
Paid transitional employment
Resume-building opportunities
Support while preparing for long-term jobs
This reduces the gap between training and stable employment.

Airport and cargo operations
Construction companies
Manufacturing and distribution
Food production and hospitality
Nonprofits and community partners
Participants receive interview prep, resume support, and job-placement assistance.

LTBCO helps individuals connect to the resources they need to succeed, including:
Mental health and addiction-recovery support
Legal assistance and documentation help
Transportation, clothing, and basic needs
Workforce Centers, GED, and additional education
Reentry programs and community partners
Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered.
