Warehouse & Logistics Skills

Construction Site Readiness

OSHA-aligned Safety Trainings

Job Readiness & Professional Skills Workshops

Classes are hands-on, accessible, and designed for adults at all skill levels — including individuals with barriers to employment, returning citizens, and people in transition.

2. Pathway2Progress — Workforce Housing Program

A six-month supportive housing + workforce training program that provides:

Safe, stable housing

Job training and certification opportunities

Employment placement and ongoing coaching

Case management and workforce assessments

Supportive services for individuals restarting their lives

Ideal for individuals leaving unstable housing, incarceration, treatment, or difficult circumstances who are ready to work and rebuild.

3. Transitional Employment Opportunities

Through partnerships with local employers — and LTBCO’s own social enterprise, The People’s Pickles — participants gain:

Real work experience

Paid transitional employment

Resume-building opportunities

Support while preparing for long-term jobs

This reduces the gap between training and stable employment.

4. Employer Connections & Hiring Pipelines

We partner with companies across Denver to help match trained participants with real jobs, including:

Logistics & warehouse employers

Airport and cargo operations

Construction companies

Manufacturing and distribution

Food production and hospitality

Nonprofits and community partners

Participants receive interview prep, resume support, and job-placement assistance.

5. Community Navigation & Supportive Services

LTBCO helps individuals connect to the resources they need to succeed, including:

Mental health and addiction-recovery support

Legal assistance and documentation help

Transportation, clothing, and basic needs

Workforce Centers, GED, and additional education

Reentry programs and community partners

Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered.
