As a construction estimator, I analyze project plans and specifications to calculate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects. My role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring project budgets align with financial goals. My expertise helps clients make informed decisions, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Software’s of choice are Planswift, Measure Square, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.

I have approximately 16 years of experience as an Estimator. My main focus has been Divisions 3 and 9. I have a degree in computer, aided design. I’ve been a freelance Estimator since 2019 I have worked with several subcontractors and general contractors. (I can supply references upon request)
