Retired as an educator in 2003 after 30 years of service in Venezuela but with a lifetime hobby on cooking. My passion for serving the community through my work and my hobby were the perfect combination to excel both aspects of my life. Cooking and baking have been part of my daily routine as of today. Trying new recipes and learning new techniques are a fundamental key to improve myself in the culinary world. 

I enjoy keeping myself busy and active and I look forward to finding my next exciting opportunity.
