I’m Malika Crosbie, and I specialize in supporting families during the critical first 12 weeks of a newborn’s life. Not only that, but as a newborn care specialist (NCS) and newborn nanny, I can provide you with invaluable guidance and assistance throughout your child’s first year in the world.

I offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each family, including night and day childcare, sleep conditioning, sleep training, and extended newborn nanny services for babies from 12 weeks to 12 months. With my expertise in milestone development and soothing techniques, you can be confident and rest easy in my ability to care for your little ones.
